If the product becomes eligible for a refund, You can let into our notice by sending us email at our official e-mail address.
The refund process required some time to verify and check the necessary elements prior to done. The expected processing will be (2-3 working days) later on when we have received your product under (1-2 working days) has undergone a quality control. The product will become eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Conditions for Returns
- The product must not be used, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be deemed on to see if they fit and will still be unworn. If a product is returned to us with inappropriate condition, we have the right to send it back to you.
- The product must contain the user manual, original tags, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with shipping label attached. Do not use tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
